Description
The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the company through the implementation of innovative software CRM / ERP combined with the purchase of the necessary equipment. The system will be developed by a team of highly qualified Polish specialists in the field of economics, management, accounting, computer science and law. The essence of this solution is a holistic approach to the management of the company, and to ensure the company specific, measurable benefits of implementing, such as:
IT support in the implementation of operational functions as well as in decision-making management,
Automation of work and minimize the risk of errors in the course of performing operations on large data sets,
Optimizing the use of company resources (human resources, assets and fiscal, finance), and monitoring and improving the wider productivity of the whole company as well as its individual organizational units.
Saving time and costs associated with a single data entry into the system, which are available to authorized users. The system provides updated information from different areas of the enterprise (company assets, costs, revenues, etc.) in any cross-section and having a predetermined level of detail.
The specific objectives are:
providing faster and easier access to information to enable a universal transfer of information (within the system)
support the remedying of the company and increase the efficiency of business decisions by the ability to perform comprehensive and complete analysis and reports based on the current data of the company,
organization and support of modern business management system,
ensuring data security by managing access to documents and more control over them,
providing access to computer networks for office positions in the company.
The aim of this project is to implement the company’s new, innovative class management system (ERP. Enterprise Resource Planning) and the purchase of specialized hardware and software integrated with the ERP system to enable the use of this system. This system aims to increase the efficiency of information flow within the company and to improve the uniqueness and consistency of information escaping to the outside. In addition, improvements to logistics processes, which will allow for faster execution of orders from customers, faster and more accurate service, more accurate analysis of sales and more accurate planning work. These actions will be liquidated organizational barriers that occur so far in the company, and thus, improve its competitiveness on the market. The new ERP management system will also ensure stable functioning of the enterprise and improve effectiveness in reaching potential customers. Implementation of a new ERP management system will be proceeded in three stages:
stage I
Purchase a license and the purchase of specialized hardware and software integrated with ERP system
stage II
Configuring the hardware and system, implementation of the ERP system
stage III
Checking and testing system
The entire platform and all its options will be available at various levels of sophistication and detail. For example, access to personal data will be limited and possible only by taking into account existing legislation. Aim of the project is consistent with the main objective of the Priority II “Accelerating the e-development of Mazovia” as it contributes to the development of the information society and one of the projects enrolling in e-Strategy Development of Mazowieckie Province for the years 2007-2013.
